Parking question

In Lot 9 this year; been in lot 7 for past 10 years. Parking pass states a specific space #. Is it true that you have specific space in that lot? Is that new this year? I have tailgate trailer with tv etc so one spot limitation is a significant limitation.

Is this lot typically full?

Thanks for anyone who can shed light on parking in this lot.
